Wie immer war alles perfekt: sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter, erstklassiger Service, ein komfortables und sauberes Zimmer, ein köstliches Frühstück usw. Jetzt verstehen wir, warum wir bei unseren Besuchen in Zürich seit 15 Jahren immer im Hotel B2 übernachten. Der Pool auf dem Dach ist einfach fantastisch und bietet eine wundervolle Aussicht. The room was spotless, fresh, and very comfortable, it immediately felt like home. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always smiling and ready to assist with anything.
The breakfast was excellent with a great variety, and everything felt fresh and well prepared. The common areas were also very well maintained and created a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere.
