The room was cleaned regularly, we were helped by the reception ladies in many different issues and we were offered an airport transport. Everyone from the staff were really kind and always helpful. "Wonderful hotel.. Rooms are spacious, clean and beds are comfortable. My only issue with the hotel is breakfast starts at 8am. I know this is common in Tbilisi, but a 730am start would make it easier for business travelers who need to get going at 8am or 830. At least have some basic items available at 730am. "

The area felt very safe and convenient for walking around the city. The owner and her team were incredibly kind and helpful.
