"Well, there is a massive incinerator next door but surprisingly it had no impact on our stay. The area is modern. Avenue de France has the retail and resto. If U want trad Paris centre you won't get it. If you want good, cheaper with decent transport then it's fine."

"The staff was helpful and very welcoming. The room [I was traveling solo] was very comfortable. The location is great, so convenient to several Metro lines at Place d'Italie, and local restaurants. It was too cool to enjoy the gardens but they were lovely. Highly recommended."
