Even we needed to wait until 7pm to get in the accommodation. Only one guy from the reception was very polite but the rest didn’t show the correct attitude to us as clients. "Als ich im Forum eincheckte, wurde ich ins Hotel Imperial verbacht. Die Räumlichkeit, Raum 2016, war in schlecht gepflegtem Zustand, Schimmel im Bad/Duschbereich, der Pflegezustand insgesamt nachlässigst. DIe Mängel wurden angemeldet und belächelt. Einzig eine Klobürste bekam ich nach ernsthafter Rüge."

"The terrible rating is for Menada agents who make you travel 2km to pick up keys from their office. Also charge 20€ if you wish to check out earlier than 7am when leaving. The Royal Sun Apartments are very nice, just do not use Menada. The apartments have several different agents within the complex handling management of apartments."
