The maintainance of the rooms are needed badly as a lot of things were falling apart including the bed and mattres and the shower and other stuff. They need to overhaul the hotel in maintainance including accessibility where the front ws dangerous for elderly people to come in and out of the hotel. There is an elevator which...

"Big problems with this place. It should not be rated a 2-star hotel. Maybe a 1-star? 1. We had booked a non-smoking suite. It was reeking of smoke from previous occupants. In fact we had to clean cigarette butts from under couches that the staff missed. 2. It was supposed to be cash-only. But unless one reads the fine-print, one would not know. And they do not accept international credit cards. Nasty surprise if you travelled internationally. 3. No room heating. It gets pretty cold in Noida...
