Amazing place to stay. Good restaurants

The property is beautiful. It’s quiet and has beautiful views of the rice crops and also to the funicular of Fansipan. The rooms are beautiful and really comfy. The hotel is really close to the station which is the building with the clock there you can get the funicular that will take you to Sunworld Fansipan. Walking distance is like 11 minutes and like 13 to the town of Sapa. The only cons is that there is a construction in the block so if it’s raining you will get your shoes with mud, but...

Great guest service. Ms Trang went out of her way to help me purchase tickets to Fanispan. She also give me tips of do and don’t. Room is extremely clean and decor is so French influenced we love it.

A cozy hotel near the center in a quiet neighborhood. The staff were just wonderful and so very helpful specially the ladies from reception and restaurant. Really happy with my stay.

The staff went out of their way to switch our room so we could check in early after arriving on an overnight train. Throughout our stay the staff were continually helpful and welcoming. The location is an easy walk to everything in town. Highly recommended.

Highly recommended for anyone who values excellent customer service. Plus, it’s budget-friendly, making it a great value for the price. Would definitely stay here again!

Loved the staff. They work very hard to make you comfortable. The hotel was nice, just needs a little freshening up. The location/view would have been incredible. Unfortunately we picked a foggy weekend for our visit.

This property was nicely maintained and the facilities were amazing. I also loved the convenient complimentary shuttle ride to and from the city.

They had all the accommodations I needed for a pleasant stay. Be careful when you’re walking outside the front of the lobby. It’s can get quite slippery.
