"The hotel was awful. 1. Lobby was dark and dusty. 2. Room was musty 3. Floor laminate was peeling, Woodwork was rotting. 4. Bathroom fixtures were broken - water would pool all over the bathroom floor if we used the washbasin. Some lights didn't work. 5. Window panes were speckled with dirt/paint. "I just stayed overnight with my mum. Staffs are very welcoming, kind and helpful as well as very professional. My mum is disabled and I had an amazing overnight stay with her. The staff are real asset to the hotel. I would like to recommend this hotel to everyone who want to stay in the city and want quite peaceful night. "
