"Avoid this hotel at all costs. Shame on Hotels.com for even listing them as it’s not 4 star by any stretch of the imagination. It’s dirty and poorly mantained, the chairs and beds were covered in stains. We checked in and could even stay a few hours. Hotels.com aren’t being very helpful about a refund and the vendor has also kept our money despite all our efforts. Extremely disappointing from both the hotel and hotels.com…. We will be reconsidering using them for hotel booking in the future. "

"Let me start off by saying the address on Expedia is not completely correct so we were dropped off on the other side of Lakshman Jhula and had the hardest time finding the hotel. We had to get taxi twice to get to the correct location because it is similar address to another place.
