"Super convenient hotel for a stay and visit Nagano. The hotel is connected to the Nagano train station and mall, with supermarkets and loads of restaurants to choose from. It’s a great spot to visit the city, as well as to take the 70 bus to the Togakushi shrines (which I highly recommend!)"

"Had a really nice stay at this hotel. Very close to the JR station - has in fact a walk way connected. Just right next to a Don Quijote store. Has Lawson at the ground floor. Close to restos and malls. Staff are very nice and helpful. Would definitely love to stay here again if we get back to Nagano."

Amazing hospitality, really easy access to the slopes (you can walk 1 minute to the lift), but they also went out of their way to drive us to and from the slopes on the 3 days we were there. "Fantastic stay, perfect for your skiing or snowboarding trip. The rooms are large with lots of space, the onsen and shower area is well kept and peaceful. The staff are amazing and will shuttle you to close resorts as well as into town for dinner and pick you up. Highly recommend for your ski base! "
