Hotel belongs to a complex of 5 houses with green area surrounding. ++ located very central to the center, just up the hill ++ impressive neighbourhood; villas, Russian chirch, etc. ++ nice view over Karlovy Vary on top ++ spacious Hotel +rooms, good breakfast service + Hotel service in general a bit demure/ reticent and serious (which is generally czech style), do not misunderstand, it's good service. + spacious pool area good for swimming, - the price inculded wellness area is...

"We chose this place because of the location. Our granddaughter and her hockey team were at the hotel across the street. There were a few things that didn’t work for us - no plug in for the second bathroom and no mirror for example but over all the stay was great. There was laundry service in the reception area. It is a pay for use and was fairly expensive but so convenient. There is no on site restaurant but there are several with in walking distance "
