"Superb view at onsen ."

"Lovely property, secluded but good shuttle options to ski field (less than 5 mins) and twice daily to Karuizawa. Staff were friendly - used Google translate as there were not many western travellers. Amazing Onsens - all gender seperate apart from private but open 24 hours. Food was great - and a shop for snacks, souvenirs and drinks. Great for winding down and experiencing the snow and small field close by."

"Great stay! Staff was friendly and courteous. I really enjoyed the private onsen in the room and 3 private outdoor onsens. In addition, there is a free shuttle bus to the bus terminal near the center of town and Yubatake. Will definitely come back!"

The staff were incredibly lovely and accommodating, especially for my partner who has a lot of food allergies (so they quickly replanned all the amazing food courses for him!).
