"A unique experience. Staying in a treehouse was very high on the novelty scale. Expect a slight slope in the floor, and don't forget to close the windows before you go to bed as the monkeys are sneaky and will steal any fruit that you leave on the dining table. A fun night. If you are averse to a staircase, this might not suit, you though."

Had to try and negotiate an 11 check out at 9 suggested he wanted us out by 10 (place had no other guests). Very noisey all night"

"The views from the balcony are unbelievable and can watch the train go past. Rooms were clean, spacious, modern and all the essentials were provided. The fridge was stocked with coke, water, beers all for free. Dina was the best host, could not do enough for us and made our time very special there, constantly giving us lifts into the town when needed as was 20 minute drive into town. He even waited until 1am one night to take us back home after a night out. Would highly recommend this place. "

"We enjoyed our stay at Alta Vista as it was in the centre of Ella, close to restaurants & shops. As mentioned before it is a very steep driveway but tuktuks are able to take you to the front door We enjoyed the great pool & it had a beautiful vegetable garden to view & watch its progress. The foom was spacious, great beds & shower. Highly recommended 👌"
