"I come to Grenoble from time to time for business. The location is a quick and convenient walk from the train station. Breakfast is correct. There is also a little grocery store nearby. The staff are friendly. "

"The owner couldn't speak English very well, but he tried his best to communicate, and help me. The location is very near to the train station, and also city center. You can have a croissant, baquette, and also some fruits, yogurts. If I travel to Grenoble again, I will choose this hotel. Merci beaucoup!"

"Super helpful staff, clean hotel and very large and comfortable bed. There is not much around the hotel, so you would have to travel for anything other than a kebab, but there again the price is very keen and as it is on level ground you can walk to better restaurants. It was a good stay and the front desk staff were lovely."

"Hotel Merkur ist ein sehr gutes Stadthotel von Grenoble. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, Bad inklusive. Das Frühstück, das zwar nicht ganz billig ist, war vielseitig und vorzüglich. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und Aufenthalt und Frühstück sehr genossen."
