"If you’re ever in Kofu, this is the place to stay! Just a short 10 min walk from Kofu Station. Room was large and spacious, super clean. Seemed very new and modern with a nice touch of Japanese style living room. Beds were very comfortable. A/c worked great! Service was amazing, they helped us with our luggage and had it ready in our room when we checked in. Check-in was simple on an iPad (no receptionists). Can definitely reccomend! "

"Stayed here on a family holiday in 2 double rooms. Convenient location as we were driving and good value. Very helpful staff. Clean rooms with amenities available as required. Dining options are available nearby; the sushi place directly across the road is excellent! Would be happy to recommend to others who would like a slightly unusual place to stay "

"Outstanding stay at Nishiyama Onsen Keiunkan! The property was larger and more updated than I was expecting- including a choice of 6 different onsen baths to use (2 private and the other 4 alternating between men/women depending on the time of day). The staff were all without fault and absolutely lovely and despite my limited Japanese there we no issues communicating. "Close to Isawa onsen station where you can take both buses, local & faster trains. The hotel is a bit old school but nice, breakfast is a buffe which was pretty good, the onsen/shower & bathing was alright. Most rooms higher up have a great view over the city. There’s a 7/11 about 5/10 minutes from the hotel. "Stay was convenient. Although i did try to contact staff by email and phone i had no luck. But i also didnt book directly with the hostel so its not their fault either. Luckily there was somoene willing to help get in contact with staff. Bedding was comfortable enough, room was provided with air conditioning. But all in all its totally fine for a short stay. Right next to family mart and easy self check in ~ bonus!! "
