"Upon arrival, the office is closed then someone came to check us in 2 beds because the 1 bed is on 3rd floor. We are seniors and hard to climb stairs.
We need to ask for toilet paper, soap shampoo. They said breakfast can be ordered but the kitchen is closed. No coffee or coffee cups in the room, we need to ask on day of check out. The shower did not eprk"
