"The property was great! Stayed in Medici suite. Had a wonderful bar/screen room area. The only downside was that they were experiencing a mosquito issue in the master bedroom/bath suite. This caused an uncomfortable sleep stay. To their credit they offered a credit to buy plug-ins and spray, and stopped by to try and resolve the issue. However, this only resulted in dead mosquitos all over the floor…note too that master bed faces street so you hear everything pass your window all night long....

"Good value and close to the station. 10 minutes walk to the old town.Automated check in was a bit off putting but there is someone to talk to and the computer did eventually allow me to check in 30 minutes early. The only snag was the luggage storage room which is accessed by a card but no obvious supervision of who does this so did not feel very secure."

"The flat was convenient and location is excellent 15 min walk to the train station. There was a cleaning service multiple times per our stay. The area is safe and there is a supermarket just in front of the building. The staff was really nice, gave us some tips about the city. Will come back."

"The hotel was perfectly adequate for our short stay. The room had everything we needed and was clean. The breakfast buffet was also perfectly adequate. The city centre is within easy walking distance (approx. 15 minutes). The main railway station, many shops and restaurants are also located near the hotel. The staff were always friendly. Good value for money!"

"Frank at the front desk was very helpful with the reservation. The "Live Cooking" buffet was outstanding. Our bed was comfortable, fluffy towels and a nice view of the city. Wonderful! "
