"This hotel was fantastic. They had the friendliest staff that was willing to help with anything. The hotel room was spacious and comfortable for a family of 4. The biggest surprise was all the extras that we got wit our room. A 3:30 to 4:30 afternoon coffee hour with fresh fruits and delicious cakes, access to top quality pool (with a water slide), the "summer card" for all kinds of included and discounted activities in the area. "Everything was great. We enjoyed staying there and exploring the area. It was great having a kitchen. Location was great to explore Saltzkammergut region and the town of Bad Goisern is very cute. Only issue was that most of the tv channels didn’t work. Nothing available for streaming so we could not log in to our Netflix account. We weren’t sure if something was wrong with the TV. Otherwise great 😊"
