"This place is not really for western folks in my opinion. This place mostly caters to guests from mainland. We booked family room but what we got was 2 rooms next to each other with no shared door. So you have to go out to go from one room to the other. Next our rooms had strong smell of smoke. We were told although rooms are non smoking. Some Guests don’t follow the rule and smoke indoors. We asked for change but they had large mainland tourists arrive that day and took over most of the hotel....

"The maid service was good and the staff was friendly that provided it. We found the breakfast buffet to be of poor quality and very expensive and should’ve been much better for the price and for the hotel in general. The front desk staff while providing good service rarely acknowledged anyone in the lobby with any greetings. They could do better at being more friendly. It would’ve been nice if the bar was open in the lobby more often the pool

"We always have plenty of space to relax and enjoy the river view whenever we stay at this hotel. We also felt the high-quality service from all the staff of your hotel. For example, the check-in and baggage handling staff showed an excellent work attitude (friendly, attentive, etc.). In addition, the room cleaning service after check-in also demonstrated a professional attitude (understanding guests' requirements and safety responsibilities), "
