The staff at the lobby was also friendly. So staff and service top notch. But the hotel was old, alot of wear and tear, almost feeling that a renovation is needed to maintain the standard. But the staff did the best with the ”product” they had."

"Hotel was in a great location. Close to all attractions and events. Close to tourist areas and shopping. Lots of restaurants near by. The only thing I didn’t like about this hotel was that it was such an inconvenience for cars to enter and exit the hotel. Staffs were somewhat friendly but lack English. It was hard to communicate with one another even with translators. "

"아이와 어른 포함 6명의 가족이 방문했었습니다. 무엇보다 숙소에서 동방명주가 잘 보여 뷰가 너무 좋습니다. 굳이 와이탄까지 안가도 될정도로 잘 보입니다. 그리고 숙소도 커서 거실 및 화장실2개, 방 3개에 침대4개라 6명이 함께 지내기에 충분했습니다. 위치도 너무 좋아서, 바로 근처 건물에 마켓 및 이용할 편의 시설과 식당들이 많이 있습니다. 예원시장이 가볍게 걸어갈정도 거리라서 편하게 자주 구경갔다와서 좋았습니다."
