"If you’re used to a certain accommodation standard when travelling, this place is not for u. I paid $40 a night and I got a nice room, clean bed, 2 bottles of water everyday, fried rice and tea sent to my room, wifi and hot shower. What I wished it had was a dead bolt for the door and a kettle for hot water. There’s a night club right behind but the noise didn’t bother me. The area can be very dark at night."

"People were friendly and helpful. The a/c worked well albeit a little noisy. Quite dated room, mattress was not too firm for me but some may like that. There was no coffee nor tea despite having a ketttle. There was mold on ceiling and maybe in the very dated shower. The area is ok but crossing the very busy street can be a bit scary for a westerner."

"Great hotel. Breakfast is delicious (but a la carte and buffet), staff are really courteous and fun, the rooftop bar is staggering - including an awesome hot tub (and pool views of city etc.). The gym is wonderful with a great view and 5th floor pool and bar also very relaxing. Staff go the extra mile."
