"the hotel appears to be newish. everything was clean and in good condition.the breakfast was €15 but was excellent. not the nicest part of st malo but only 7 minutes by car to the old town,ferry and beaches..would definitely stay there again. "

"We had a wonderful stay at L’Adresse! The location is unbeatable – just a stone’s throw from the sea and the beautiful Sillon beach, and only a short walk to the walled city (Intra-Muros). It’s the perfect base for exploring Saint-Malo on foot. The hotel itself is modern, clean, and very comfortable. Our room was spacious, well-equipped, and even had a small kitchenette – a great bonus for longer stays. The staff were warm, welcoming, and happy to help with anything we needed, from local tips to restaurant bookings. Breakfast was generous and tasty, with fresh pastries, fruit, and good coffee.
