"Kudos to the two staff members who were there (at different times) during our one-night stay. Both were very helpful and friendly. As for the property, it is a rather typical lower end chain hotel, though it has what was needed and is inexpensive. The hotel itself is a bit isolated, but it has a bar and restaurant (which we did not try)."

"Great hotel with lots of amenities near Heathrow. Public transport available just outside and the area is very quiet. Also, because it adjoins the Holiday Inn, there is access to lots of dining choices. Parking is available on the premises which is a huge plus, but the lot can get pretty filled up as space is not guaranteed."
