"We arrived to be greeted very warmly by a friendly receptionist. But we were very disappointed when we saw our room, as we had paid extra for a mountain view room, there was construction in front of the hotel, which meant from our balcony we could not see the view (see photo 1). spa was disappointing. We booked two deep tissue massages for my wife and I, which were specifically confirmed as such prior to booking them. The massages were superficial and could be considered a relaxation massage at best. We both asked the masseuse to apply more pressure, but they must have not been very experienced because they did were not receptive. "Overall a very enjoyable 6 day stay in this comfortable, modern hotel in beautiful country surroundings. Possibly as a holdover from Covid, there is noone available at reception in the mornings until 11 a.m. which is quite inconvenient and gives a poor impression with the entrance lobby in semi-darkness. Apart from that the breakfasts were good, as were the other meals we enjoyed on the outdoor terrace and we would happily stay there again if we were in the area."
