"It was difficult to check in as the door code was not sent. The room itself was nice and clean, but the room heating could not be turned down so it was difficult to sleep and we ended up leaving the window open. The staff did say there was an issue with the heating in the whole building at that time."

"A luxurious accommodation hotel in Dongtan. The staff was really friendly. I really want to praise you. Breakfast at the restaurant on the 2nd floor from 07:00 to 09:00 was really great. "Toilet design poor as water splashes outside the bath tub while showering. Bed was quite hard. Overall cleanliness was not desired. Did not have large towels for bathing, gave small towels instead. Staff was nice and spoke English. Location was good, in between a happening area with lots of restaurants and the train station. "

"This neighborhood has everything (restaurants, convenient store right in front, Express bus stop to Seoul, etc), and the room was neat. For the price, it gave us everything we need. The parking garage may fill up late at night. The soundproofing window was surprisingly good, we didn't hear any noise from outside as long as the window was closed. BTW, the convenient store in front of this hotel has the ATM that accepts American debit card to get Korean cash. The one at Seven Eleven near the hotel...
