Staff were excellent at check-in and throughout the stay. Breakfast was very good. The restaurant is also very nice, although being in Spain, it did not open for dinner until 9pm. In the bar, drinks and tapas were available in the afternoon. Huge wine selection. Parking was onsite and free. The only negative was that the toilet in our room continued to run water (sometimes, not always). Overall I highly recommend this hotel.

What a gem this hotel is! We were spending a couple days in Rio with friends, and have booked this hotel for our second night. Check-in was smooth, the staff was highly professional, friendly, and spoke perfect English. The room was truly lovely and well designed. The bedding and pillows were excellent.
