Everything was great, room very clean and needed after a Day of traveling.
Difficult to get to the location, Google maps takes you in a diff a little more sketchy route but we manar to make it !
Staff were excellent at check-in and throughout the stay. Breakfast was very good. The restaurant is also very nice, although being in Spain, it did not open for dinner until 9pm. In the bar, drinks and tapas were available in the afternoon. Huge wine selection. Parking was onsite and free. The only negative was that the toilet in our room continued to run water (sometimes, not always). Overall I highly recommend this hotel.
Gorgeous hotel right in the center of the old town. Perfect location. The property is top notch but what really makes this a world class hotel is the staff. They were so friendly,gracious and helpful. The vibe was chic and elegant. We would absolutely stay there again. Great hotel. Great staff and great town
This place is stunning! Old school room key (loved it!) and a beautifully renovated property with indoor (and outdoor) parking. Excellent place to spend a night or two during your trips. Going in my expectations were not high, but this place felt high end and the amenities, both inside and outside the hotel were fantastic. Right in the center of town too, so super convenient. Recommend it.
Wish we had more time! This place is clean, modern, beautiful, and in a great location. Breakfast was included and had so many options. Pool area looked inviting but we had no time and temperatures were falling. A bit of trouble locating the front desk and staff didn’t seem to notice. Not a typical check in desk. Room was nice and clean. Parking on site. Breakfast was excellent. Dinner was also excellent. No lunch available. Was told their would be lunch but owner said no not today. I wish he would have let us know that morning.
Great hotel, location wise, only problem is they use an elevator for your car if you bring one. The breakfast should be included after the price people pay for the rooms. In Spain they criticize Capitalism, but I think they are worst, plus they don’t staff accordingly. Exploitation
The staff, a middle aged man at the reception we want to highlight first as he is THE FACE of the place and was such a great help. We arrived early and he still processed our check-in already, even as the room was not ready yet. He offered to keep our luggage in a safe place and we explored the town and the great Calle Laurel. Excelente espacio para relajarse. Caminar por el pueblo fue bien agradable y conocer un poco sobre lo que hace este lugar especial. No hubo mucha atención del staff pero nos sentimos como en casa, nos brindaron la confianza como huéspedes y se sintió bien. No hubo opción de desayuno como menciona la descripción pero nos pudimos tomar un café en el bar. Volvería a ojo cerrado.
