Staff was helpful about trying to fix things in the aftermath but seemed a little inexperienced in the actual job of running a hotel. I think the place will probably be wonderful once they truly have it up and running."

"The room was beautiful with a wonderful balcony overlooking the grounds and the cliffs above the Ebro River- a few hundred yards walk away. The staff were really helpful - allowing us to check-in to our room before 5.00 pm. Only disadvantage was the hot walk into town as we couldn't get food so had to drive to supermarket which stocked everything you would need. A real beautiful gem of a hotel"
