The whole stay was lovely but in particular I want to thank the woman who checked us in. We arrived an hour earlier than planned and she was getting ready to leave. She stayed to check us in, and throughout our stay was friendly and helpful, asking if we wanted housekeeping or an early breakfast on the day we left. I wish I could name her but I hope she knows how much we appreciated her help.
We were pleasantly surprised how nice of a hotel it was especially for the money. We paid 3 times as much for much of a lesser hotel. It is true that the hotel is far from Madrid (30km) but if you have a car then it is a must, since adjoining town (Alcala de Henares) is a birth place of the author of Don Quixote and city is loaded with great history.
It was good for the price! Expect minor flaws which probably vary from room to room.
Pros: Most importantly, it was very clean. WiFi was reliable. The restaurant was good. Most of the staff were nice. There was a pretty park and old palace right next to the hotel and plenty of shops, restaurants, and cafes within walking distance. There was also a cool history museum within just a few minutes walk.

Very cute place. Its outside of Madrid about 50 minute drive. If you want peace and quiet, this is the place to be. Very unique hotel, the property is beautiful. Cute and quirky. If you have dust allergies or allergic to vegetation, this might not be the place for you.
The location of the hotel is on a quiet street and walkable to all major attractions. There is a parking garage a block away so parking is convenient.
The size of the standard twin room is good for two people with not so many luggage. Front desk staff was helpful, restaurant serves decent food.
During our stay there are street sidewalk pavement constructions near the hotel but no big deal.

It was great. Calm, clean, quiet. I would recommend it. The location is good for the airport, but there's not much to do if you're there for the day. They were great about giving us directions and helping us get into Madrid though, so really it was fine.
This is a University residence that I believe is better than staying in a hotel because it comes with so many amenities, such as a kitchenette, cafeteria, gym, recreation area and much more. Plus it it quite new and modern!
