"Hola, vuelvo a exponer el tema ya que no lo han entendido. 1-Hice la reserva por su página hoteles.com en el Hotel San Emeterio de Isla , unicamente porque admitían perros. 2-Nos presentamos el 25 de agosto en dicho establecimiento y nos deniegan la entrada porque no admiten perros, dejándonos en la calle y sin buscarnos una solución. 3-En su página de hoteles.com indica claramente que se admiten mascotas, lo cual es publicidad engañosa. "Arrived Tuesday, tired from a long drive from Toledo. Immediately looked after. Room was superb with a great view. Room was very clean, bed was excellent. Food very good. Loved the location of the hotel, after 20 days of travelling around Spain and Portugal this rejuvenated the batteries. An excellent hotel. "

"Lolo y su familia son unos fantásticos anfitriones. Las instalaciones son muy cómodas y están muy cuidadas. La habitación amplia y con todo lo necesario para una estancia confortable. Desayuno de 10 con productos caseros y de la zona. Lo que a nuestra peque le ha robado el corazón es los animales que tienen y lo bien cuidados que están. Sin duda volveremos el año que viene. "This was the second occasion we visited this hotel prior to getting the ferry in Santander, which is a short 17 mins drive away. We found the hotel extremely well run by very friendly staff and, fortunately for us, all the reception staff spoke very good English. "We had flown into Bilbao and were heading West. A great overnight stop. Really conveniently situated."

"We have stayed several times now for a couple of days to enjoy the north of Spain whilst travelling. Staff are always friendly and helpful and the apartments are always spotless and fitted out to a high standard Bar and restaurant are good with nice outside area to take a tipple and food, breakfast is very good. Some nice walking from the door which is great if travelling with a four legged friend as it is a dog friendly apartment and 20-25 mins to a number of beaches. Parking is no problem...
