"For a 4 star hotel, there is not face towel, no disposable flip flops, no tissue. The curtains don't block the outside light enough. TV has very limited channel availiability. Onto the good things, the room was clean and spacious. There are two air conditioners, so the room was very cool. One pillow was hard and another one was soft, which gives occupants options. There is stocked kitchen with a large fridge. This is not a hotel. This is a serviced apartment."
