It’s a brand new hotel with many amenities, good size room, exceptionally attentive staff plus the owner is incredibly nice and offers all kinds of tours. They also have vilas with private Onsen which we definitely will try next time! "

Breakfast is excellent . The staff is A+++ and very accommodating. The happy hour with free unlimited drinks is a nice perk. One caveat— checkin starts at 3 p.m. and not a minute sooner."

"The room and reception were wonderful, and the staff provided excellent, hospitable service. However, the shuttle bus service from Yugawara Station was very disappointing. I waited for 15 minutes at the instructed location, but the bus never stopped. It drove through the rotary so quickly that I didn't even see it coming and had no chance to board. A tip for future guests: To avoid this issue, I highly recommend calling the hotel on your travel day to reconfirm the exact shuttle pickup time...
