"This is not a place for a family to stay. Loud people coming in at midnight and we could hear them using thd bathroom through the cieling. Check-in was all automated. There is not an actual desk with a person on site. A third of the room was a giant tub that you had to pay to use salts for. It would have taken hours to fill it anyway.
