"I was a solo female and the staff couldn't have been more welcoming and helpful. Batul sprung out the door the second I parked outside, carried in my luggage and even parked my car in their secure underground carpark. The room was extremely clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was very varied and of a high standard with freshly cooked pancakes from the chefs. The orange juice could be improved... Overall a great stay at a fantastic price and I will use it as a convenient hotel for the airport."

"Great hotel. Very clean and close to a great shopping mall. Lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance. 20-30 min drive to tourist attractions. Only 7 min. From the airport. Great staff. Loved our stay and would stay here again when visiting Izmir."

"The price and the breakfast was good. The chamber was dirty, the towels had women hair on it, the sheets weren´t very clean. The water of the shower was very cold. I personally wouldn´t book a room here again."

"Conveniently close to Izmir Airport, comfy bed, quiet room & hotel surroundings (little traffic on road), quiet air conditioning. Access to spa facilities on site (small gym included). The floor was a bit dirty so only half points for cleanliness, but definitely worth the price .. especially when compared to so many overpriced hotels in town."

"The only issue is if you have heavy luggage you have to carry it to your assigned unit,it’s sucks if your on 3rd or higher floor but all in all it’s a nice,clean apartment "

"The hotel is next to the best mall in İzmir which is also one of the best malls in Turkey with a big choice and our room had great sea view. The room itself was good size clean and 5 star . It is probably one of the top 3 hotels in Izmir . We ordered room service , food was good , used the gym ( techno gym ) quite sufficient sea view again. Spa was also nice had a masaj which was ok . Spa is spacious clean but had a small sauna and steam bath inside the changing rooms .I also had breakfast...

Our host, Neslihan, was super gracious and welcoming to us. The place was done up impeccably and was a great experience. Would highly recommend anyone visiting Izmir to stay here."
