Just one block away from the noisy Larco street and the bus stop of the Airport shuttle, across the street of a famous ceviche restaurant, just minutes away from Larcomar shopping and Kennedy Square. "Great location - just a few blocks up from Larco Mar and a long stretch of walkable pathways along the cliffs overlooking the ocean. It’s called La Costa Verde and goes for a few miles. Hotel offers pretty good breakfasts. Solid staff, many long-time employees. We’ve been coming here for years."

"The hotel looks brand new and has its own strong style (although I wouldn't qualify it as boutique in the western sens of the term), and look like a remodeled house which is pretty nice. At the time of our visit, it looks they were actually still working on some improvements or storing materials to do so. Breakfast is basic but good, and served in the coffee shop that is in the hotel, but open to other customers, so it can add a bit of wait. Location is great, next to plenty of restaurants."

"This is one of the best properties I stayed at in Lima. Even though the facility is not the newest, it is very comfortable. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. The chef is so nice and would make my omelettes and fresh juice everyday the way I liked it. I satyed there for 12 days and they made sure I felt welcomed. The location is strategic and near all the mayor areas in Miraflores. I will definitely come back next time I'm in Lima. "

"This property is wonderful. It is very well kept and modern. The only reason I didn’t give it a perfect score was because I wasn’t able to bring guests in with me. I did rent an apartment rather than a hotel because I wanted to visit with old friends while I visited Lima and provide a location for us to meet. Apart from that the unit is away from the attractions of Barranco, however it is almost perfectly nestled between barranco and Miraflores. Overall it was a great stay. I can definitely see...
