"This hotel never disappoints. This is now my 3rd time staying at this hotel. The room is very clean, comfortable and roomy. I love that they have hot water and good water pressure. At night its very quiet and I always sleep right through the night. The staff are excellent. The kitchen staff and breakfast PERFECT. Great location a short walk to the center park. A very short walk and you are in the central square of one of the most beautiful towns in Latin America. What more could you want. "The property manager doesn’t have good hospitality skills , was very rude when I came to ask about the jacuzzi and internet none of them work telling if I want ed a working jacuzzi and WiFi I had to pay extra to get transfer to an other cabin , when I had already booked the deluxe cabin with everything included and was charge weeks before arrive to the place , after that the view is beautiful "
