"We loved our stay at Peneda ecofarm. It is well located for walks in the National Park and only an hours drive from Porto's airport. There are several natural river pools to swim in with in a 30 minute drive of the accomodation. Which we were directed to by the owners. Our room was modern and fresh with a lovely balcony. "Very pleasant, clean and low stress place to stay while hiking the caminho. A little off the caminho trail but there is a well maintained hike and bike path from the center of Valença that will take you right to Alma Candida. Breakfast is very good too. "

"I stayed here as part of my Camino from Porto. Though pictures of a place might be deceiving, I found a little piece of paradise in this place. The room was big and comfortable, good tempered, and the bed was just what I needed after a long hike. The staff is super friendly, and most of them very fluent in English which is a great help. The restaurant at the place is another chapter - great food, amazing service as well. This is one of the places I would love to show family and friends. "
