"The hotel was awesome, Raul was awesome, everything was awesome! I would send anyone here. The kitchen was fully ready to cook a meal. There was a coffee pot, toaster, microwave, all you could ask for. We had two large bedrooms, a nice eating area, couch, TV, more than we could ask for. The check-in process was super smooth because all the information was sent to us. It was so close to everything we wanted to do and fabulous shopping."

"Very basic hotel but right next to the real alcazar which is very nice. They also have free drinks and snacks 24/7 which is extremely nice. No need to worry about breakfast in the morning before visiting attractions."
