"The hotel had great service. The staff was very nice and responded to my requests accurately and quickly. I went to Madrid for a conference and the hotel was very close to the venue. Mercadona was right next to the hotel, so overall, it was very convenient for me. I would stay there whenever I go back to Madrid. "

It has now been nearly 2 weeks, I have contacted the property in various ways but they have not replied to any message, I reached out to expedia who attempted to rectify this and they also received no response. . "Location is great and convenient. There is a common area that you can buy things from the supermarket next to it and eat there. It is very close to the Principle Pio, so easy for those who wants to visit Avila or El Escorial. It seems also quite a safe choice. Overall it worth every penny. I will rate it 4.5 for the sound insulation not so great. "

"A very nice hotel that is really close to the metro. There’s also a supermarket close by and some fast food options. It was really easy to get into the heart of Madrid and to get to the Bernabéu for the footy. Would stay here again, and definitely worth considering!"

"My wife and I and our 3 children were visiting here from Miami. Overachieved our expectations. Staff was very helpful and our connected rooms were a great size. Enough space to stay for 10 days comfortably. One of the best stays I’ve had in a while because we need certain things to be available when traveling with kids under the age of 12. Grocery store is walking distance. You will need an uber daily unfortunately if you want to go to grand via or the city center but otherwise it’s a great...
