"Noisy Air Conditioners, stuffy rooms and extremely slow service at the restaurant for breakfast. The breakfast itself is super limited. For the amount of $ charged, try the other top hotels in Kampala - Serena, Sheraton, fourpoints, golden tulip are all better"

"While the location is chaotic and busy the actual hotel was surprisingly good. Very nice and clean rooms to really affordable prices, The food at the hotel restaurant was really good and the staff was amazing. The only issue is to get a taxi driver to want to drive downtown where the hotel is due to the busy traffic around the area. But highly recommend this hotel as it is really good value for the money."
