"The staff were very welcoming and the hotel was very nice. The room was clean and all you needed, my only critique was the mini bar fridge was locked - I didn't intend on using products from the mini bar but it would've been nice to keep my water cool in there. Hotel was well looked after and looked like the pictures online, sometimes the hallways were a little messy from people ordering room service but again this is only a minor issue. The breakfast buffet was great, many options and all tasty, the service was also great "

"Honestly wonderful place to stay. When we arrived, we were actually worried we’d gone to the wrong place because it was so nice, and we tend to go budget friendly haha. The room was beautiful, with plenty of space and comfort. The bathroom was large. The whole room was clean, and the drapes were excellent at blocking the light. Front desk dealt with us like champs! And the cost of the room was an amazing value. Location was also close to everything we wanted to see. The furthest we walked was to the castle, which took us about 30 minutes, but multiple transit options were near if we had not chosen to walk instead. Will happily recommend this hotel to anyone that wants to stay in Prague!!"

"Great hotel with great location and great value for money. They could use better curtains for daytime to cut light though. Due to my jet lag I was sleeping during th day but rooms were a bit too bright even with curtains. Had some issues with the in room safe but staff was prompt to resolve these. breakfast is very elaborate and worth the price. Hotel has a great restaurant and also spa and ATM so very convenient. "
