As a solo girl traveling, I prefer hotels as there are more interactions with people. However, this property was EXTREMELY clean. It was spotless and crisp! The restroom is outside of the bedroom which luckily, I did not have to share, but if that is a privacy concern for anyone, the restroom is not in the bedroom itself. Amazing location and staff. The room and bathroom were spacious by any standard. Walking distance to the train stations and just about every tourist spot. We really enjoy our stay here. Will return if ever in Verona again.
The accommodations were wonderful and the staff was welcoming and helpful in giving us ideas for places to visit. We enjoyed breakfast by the pool each morning. We look forward to staying here again!
It was a wonderful stay in the large loft managed by the hotel. The loft was a good size, and it accommodated my family well. We did the paid breakfast, and I told them we would probably grab a vegan croissant for my dairy free daughter, and they got one for us for her to eat at the breakfast! Very kind staff who went out of their way to insure we had a good experience!
Really enjoyed staying at this property. Friendly and helpful professional staff. They automatically at check in give you a map of the town and highlight all local tourist attractions. They even have partnered with few local businesses restaurants and shops that either give you free drink or discounts. The hotel is well located to train station. Easy walking around the old town. Two rooms for a week each and each day seemed to get better. The staff was incredible from helping with our late check in, advice on areas to go and comfortable feeling in the rooms. Only complaint: the stay wasn’t long enough
We stopped a day in Verona and parked across the river, which looked like the best idea. Our hotel was an easy walk, with luggage, over the bridge from underground city parking lot, mostly over walking only streets. It is located on a cul de sac. A well appointed hotel with a welcoming staff, elevator or easy wide stair walk to rooms. Breakfast was a very nice selection. Room has nice furnishings and a wonderful, up to date bathroom. Very pleased with this hotel.
Incredible old (probably hundreds of years old) restored beautifully to a 5 star luxury hotel. It is small; each room is different, but gorgeous, and the service is 6 star. It is located just a couple of blocks from the fabulous Piazza Erbe.
The hotel is in the city center, so parking is very difficult. And it's a bit difficult to find. That's the bad news, but it's also the good news because the location is so close to everything in Verona. I spent three nights at the hotel during a business trip to Verona. My room was both beautiful and comfortable. It was relatively spacious for Italy and had everything I needed (including a small umbrella). The hotel is located on the Piazza Santa Anastasia adjacent to the Basillica. It is a short walk to the Piazza Erbe, the center of the ancient city. I enjoyed my stay very much and look forward to returning.

We loved the room, the bed, the amenities and the breakfast at this hotel. We had trouble finding it, but once we did it was fine. It's at the far edge of a very large shopping complex; nothing charming about the neighborhood. But the hotel itself is excellent.
We booked a night here to visit the attached thermal park, and loved every minute of it. We were in Residence 2, and the staff were extremely pleasant, helpful and friendly. Entrance to the park was included in the rate and we spent most of the day at the larger lake next to the restaurant. I didn't want to leave, and would gladly have spent a few more days exploring the beautiful grounds, the smaller hot lake nearer the residence, and the indoor/outdoor thermal lake that we never even saw...
