"Arrived really late but staff were available to speak to and gave us the door code. Reception staff spoke really good English. Didn’t have breakfast, thought it was a bit expensive at €15 each. Nice clean room. A bit on the small side but adequate for a one night stay. Good privateer park. "

"Dont judge a book by the cover. . The area around was industrial with a lot of car show rooms on a main road. Google maps showed the canal and River but you cant see these. HOWEVER, the welcome was warm and friendly. Between my poor French and the receptionist's broken English, we understood each other! The hotel was clean and tidy. There was a lovely court yard garden, with the rooms around. The bed was comfortable and the shower excellent. Breakfast was plentiful , fresh and delicious. We were able to sit outside. We arrived on motorbikes, and immediately we were shown an area to park under a security camera. There were at least 3 restaurants within walking distance. As we left, all the staff were cleaning and all said goodbye."

"It's a great value option. They are quiet neat and responsive. The breakfast options were decent/good. Good wifi. Well situated in a walkable proximity (around 5 min) to the public transport options and the university/hospital. There might be a bit of noise when other guests move out in the evening. But you can sleep through it (they provide ear plugs too if needed)."
