"We stayed here for a short trip to Disneyland Paris. The free shuttle was the main reason we chose this hotel. The shuttles run at certain times and it takes around 10 minutes to get to and from the parks. Our sofa bed was not made up ready for our daughter when we arrived at the hotel but it was quickly resolved by calling reception. In future, we’d look at staying closer to the parks with little children. Although we had a small kitchenette in our room, there were no shops nearby for us to stock fridge. Given 4 stars due to location being a little less convenient for what we needed it for. Breakfast was nice but pricey. "

"AWFUL hotel and way overpriced. I dont know how this place has so many positive reviews. Our air conditioning in the room was broken. Mold all over the shower and tub, bottom of tub was broken. Bathroom smelled like a sewer everytime we flushed the toilet. Thick layers of dust caked onto the walls under the desk and bunk beds. Found a spider in the top bunk bed, and multiple in the bathroom. Carpet was stained and moldy in spots all over the room and separating at the seams. There was an empty 2 in 1 bodywash/shampoo in the shower, no wash cloths or hand towels. Bathroom sink does not drain well. You WILL get woken up by donkeys at 6am."

"On appearance hotel looks ok but rooms are dated & cheap looking. Food & amenity areas are poor. Location also not great as nothing around hotel. Very close to Disney to get to park "

"The hotel is exceptionally basic. To have a kettle and tea in our room we were told we would need to pay €30 extra, but this should be a basic amenity provided in all hotels. We were also only provided one thing pillow each. The air conditioning in our room was very low powered so it got very hot. At breakfast we found a lot of the mugs, cutlery and glasses were put out still dirty. "

"Book direct if you are going and do not go off peak! Great location and allows early entry to Disney. However there was a lot of maintenance work. Lots of pool rides not in operation as were the play areas. Accomodation was shut off in places and looked derelict. Our villa smelt really bad of sewage in the shower and we noticed a hole in the ground and fenced off area outside by the septic tank. We reported the smell twice and no one came to resolve. We booked and paid for activities only to turn up and they got cancelled due to numbers and staff issues. You can not access the portal and activity bookings if you do not book direct. Months later I am still awaiting a refund for cancelled activities. Customer service do not respond so if they offer onsite credit or a refund, take the onsite credit and try to find something to spend it on otherwise you’ll get nothing! After months customer services at centre parcs said I need to ask for a refund for activities through Expedia as I didn’t book the holiday direct (albeit I booked activities direct on site and they cancelled!). Overall very disappointing and not on par with the UK parks and service! We made the most of it and I can see it would be a great option in the summer for Disney but book direct! "

"Breakfast was terrible quality and of poor value. Generally the room was clean and well designed however the bathrooms require a refurbishment. Overall I would say that this hotel is not worthy of the four star it claims, it perhaps was once a four star hotel but the gimmick of the video installation starts and ends on the ground floor. A better breakfast in a premier inn!"

"This was a perfect location for our family vacation to Disney Paris. We were so busy at the park we spent really little time in the rooms, which were clean, comfortable and super convenient. The on-site Starbucks was a lovely bonus, as was the breakfast buffet. And the staff was wonderful! We took the shuttle to the park but also walked a few times, which was easy peasy. If you’re thinking of a budget-friendly Disney option, I highly recommend Santa Fe! "
