"Irina is lovely and very accommodating. The atmosphere is amazing and the history is spectacular, which Irina is happy to tell. The walls are thin and our bathroom was quite tiny and inconvenient. However, we slept comfortably and enjoyed the stay. "

However the croissants were huge and amazing. The woman who checked me in was kind and accommodating. But the male staff at breakfast was standoffish and not warm or welcoming. The grounds could use some more landscaping befitting of a chateau."

"Useful stop over hotel, with automatic facilities. Fortunately we found a member of staff who could book us in. However, I do not think it was her main job. There was a choice of restaurantes in the area. We chose the fish restaurant which tuned out to be brilliant, although very busy."

"Travel was during the summer and the air-conditioning was leaking onto the floor, probably the drain pan was clogged. The loft beds had no air-conditioning and relied on a plug-in fan to ventilate the space so it was rather warm. Otherwise room was clean, and receptionist was great at checking us in."
