"Hotel is being renovated. The entrance is a little tricky to find. Very comfortable room with plenty of space. Except the carpeting needs to be replaced! Very worn and dirty. Metro/RER right outside entrance to hotel. The location is less than half hour walk to almost anything we wished to see. Fitness room is not worth experiencing. The hotel next to Novotel is allowing guest to use their gym. Don’t bother. Maybe after renovations there will be a decent workout facility? Although the area is convenient, it is very touristy and not really a French vibe. Staff was fine. Not overly welcoming. I might stay again for convenience, but probably will stay somewhere not so populated. "

"Beautiful, clean and modern property. Some construction outside so noisy at times but not the hotels fault. Daniel and Abby were great staff and provided wonderful service. Great location and access to shopping, restaurants, transportation and arch de triumph. "

"It is a hotel yhat delivers more to you than the orice you are paying. Rooms are pretty good and function well, service is unique as all the employees smile and try to help, which is not obvious. Awsome breakfast. Special mention to Sara at reception and also Quentin, Elisa at the restaurant reception, Gayan at the restaurant. Thank you for enhancing our stay. "
