"We had a good stay. The staff were nice. The breakfast was excellent. We are dissatisfied regarding the charge for the breakfast. Firstly, I was under the impression that breakfast for 3 was included in our room booking charge. The hotel said no! But they insisted on charging €20 per day for each room i.e. their charge for 2 persons in each room. But we were only 2 adults and 1 child. Very unfair and probably not right. I do feel cheated! "The hotel is very conveniently located at the corner of the marketplace, the center of Heidelberg. It is also right next to the beautiful bridge that pedestrian could walk on and have a great view of the city and the castle. The staff is very friendly and professional and courteous. Our room has a nice size and many windows for natural breeze and air. It also includes the decent quality breakfast, which is very convenient. The only challenge is for the Uber driver to pick us up. We called an Uber to pick us up to the train station, it took the Uber driver a long time to find us. We had to cancel one order Uber driver prior because he couldn’t find us."

"A lovely Gasthaus in a quiet residential area not too far from the centre of Eberbach. The buffet breakfast was good, plus the evening meal I had when I arrived. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I'd stay here again."
