"On arrival, my room was so dirty I had to clean it myself. After lunch, the restaurant closes, and the staff refuse to open the door to provide water. Instead, you’re told to drink bathroom tap water or purchase a 330 ml bottle for €2.90. Poor hygiene and poor guest care—would not recommend."

"The hotel is in a quiet area of the city. I found the kitchen area very useful. The bed was very comfortable. I would certainly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness and hospitality. There are shops close by and public transport links."
