"Stopped off in Magdeburg on my way to Berlin and opted for Mercure hotel. Staff were very friendly and approachable. Room was clean, comfortable and had good WiFi coverage. Bike friendly, which was a bonus. Would happily use again"

"Parken war extrem einfach und es gab zahlreiche Parkplätze. Zugang zum Haus gleichfalls einfach. Zimmer hat für meinen Kurz Aufenthalt gereicht. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und umgänglich. Kommunikativ. Das Zimmer war sauber. Ein Lichtschalter an der Tür würde das Leben einfacher machen."

"Parking on-site (round the back) was important to us. Our room was, for the money, quite big, decent bathroom, good shower, lighting nice. Codes are always a faff (what's wrong with a key card?) but it was ok. Magdaburg is a nice town, pleasant to walk at night and nice open-air bar with delicious bratwurst & beer for not much money and a great vibe."
