"It’s a gem within the hustle & bustle. It’s a townhouse building within the residential area for more authentic local experience. 8mins walk to the main train station and 5mins walk to the Main Street - ZhongShan Street, 2km straight road full of eateries. The host was very nice and friendly, room was spacious enough and clean. Was a pleasant 4days stay for us. Highly recommended."

"家族が運営する、一軒家のお部屋をそれぞれ客室としています。
綺麗に清掃された部屋は快適で、テレビも電源も完備され、ベッドもとても寝心地良かったです。
チェックイン前でしたが荷物を預かって頂きました。共有のスペースにはソファ、電子レンジ、給水機があり、お茶・コーヒーも無料で楽しめました。
常駐の方はいないので、できれば事前に到着時間の連絡や、到着時/チェックインの方法の確認をされた方が良いでしょう。
今回駅から近いところを探していて、口コミの良いこちらの宿にして良かったです。駅までは7-10分、街中までは歩いて20-30分ですが、バスもあります。

"I had a wonderful stay at the Lanven Art House when visiting Hualien. The room was clean and very spacious, with a huge soft bed, and lovely bathroom with a deep soaking tub (perfect to unwind after a day at Taroko Gorge). The central location is great, with plenty of great restaurants, cafes and bars nearby, and only about 10 minutes walk to the night market. Despite the location, noise was not a concern. What stood out to me the most was the warmth and hospitality shown by the property owners....
