"Position to the railway station .......right next door. The only thing wrong was the pillows....too hard, I asked for softer and was given one that was great for one night then hard again...!!!!!"

"When we walked into the hotel room, we both said wow! Bed good night sleep, bathroom choice of raindrop or hand held showers, all bathroom requirements supplied. Room had coffee machine and kettle plus various drinks and biscuits supplied.Tv had sky sports and terrestrial channels. Outside veranda with seating and a bonus of veranda doors completely opened up giving a great view overlooking the marina from inside the room. The room also benefitted from air conditioning. Cannot comment on food as we ate out for all our meals. Now we have stayed at another top hotel near the pier and we feel that the Malmaison hotel was so much better. "

"We go to Brighton yearly for the Racing Festival and this was the first time we stopped at Queens Hotel. It was lovely. The staff were very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble for them. The room when we went in was bigger than I expected, with everything in it. Very clean and a beautiful uninterrupted view of the sea. (We've lived for 70 years in the heart of England, only seeing the sea when we go away). Kettle, Iron & Board, lovely thick fluffy towels, nice pillows and a firm bed, finishing with blackout curtains. A big fan in the wardrobe along with a safe and hairdryer. The shower wasn't the most powerful, but was adequate. I did have problems getting out of the bath (after having a shower the first day,) as I'm not tall, but managed the other days, Breakfast was plentiful, choosing from a full English to Continental, although you did have to hunt around the shelves for different items. Also Oat Milk, which was brilliant. Two lifts going up to the rooms, one or two people with walking sticks and a couple of rollators who didn't seem to have problems. Slightly noisy, but as we have always stopped on the sea front, we take our ear plugs with us. Very close to the pier and within walking distance of the Lanes and Churchill Shopping Centre. Plenty of places to eat near, and a few 'interesting pubs'!! Next time we stop (as we will go back for the racing next year, we are going to have a Tower Room. "Great, affordable stay in a perfect location. We booked a private double which was affordable, spacious and clean. The check in process was easy and the young local fellow at the desk was fantastic and sorted us out with recommendations. The location is incredible for the price. Seconds walk to the pier and loads of great venues around for food and drinks. The communal kitchen facility was well equipped, but perhaps in need of a good clean. Overall a very pleasant stay that I would definitely recommend."
